Fatal Car Accidents in North Carolina
Serious injury crashes take place in North Carolina each day. According to the most recent statistics, approximately 300,000 accidents were reported in 2019 throughout our state. These accidents mostly involved passenger vehicles but also involved commercial trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and all other types of transportation. The presence of negligent drivers on our roadways places all other motorists at risk of being injured in a car accident that was not their fault. Head-on collisions are some of the most dangerous types of crashes that occur. These accidents often take place at high speeds, leaving the other driver little time to react in order to avoid the crash from occurring.
